  1. Squat Jumps - 20 x 5

  2. Knee Tucks - 20 x 5

  3. Lunges - 20 x 5



 

Wednesday, March 18

Warm-Up: Crawls, Pogos, Skips

  1. Prisoner Squats - 10 x 5

  2. Zombie Squats - 10 x 5

  3. Star Jumps - 10 x 5

  4. V-Ups - 10 x 2

  5. Diamond Push-Ups - 10 x 2

  6. Regular Push-Ups - 10 x 2

  7. Crunches - 10 x 2

 

Thursday, March 19
