Graduation Requirements

Class of 2021 and after – 25 credits needed to graduate

 

 

Two Pathways to Graduation

**the only differenence between the two pathways is in MATH**

Smart Core Smart Core Waiver

English – 4 units

9th, 10th, 11th, 12th grade

English – 4 units

Math – 4 units

Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Math above Algebra 2

Math – 4 units

Algebra 1, Geometry, 2 additional math units

Science – 3 units

Physical, Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy, Earth Science, or Environmental Science

Civics & Economics (½ unit each), US History, World History

Honor Graduate Requirements

Students must take at least 10 Pre-AP, AP, Honors, or Concurrent Credit Classes in order to be considered for Honor Graduate. Along with the 10 classes, students must have a 3.5 grade point average on the 4.0 scale. The GPA does not round up. (for example, if the student’s GPA is 3.47, that does not round to 3.5)
